Certainly dehydrogenase is related to many oxidization reactions, however, there are oxidase and many other enzymes which play the same role. The contribution due to dehydrogenase in soil activity is not clear.

The reactions to the two substrates with many dehydrogenase are not clarified. There should be some enzymes which do not react with these substrates. We do not understand why only these two enzymes are mentioned. There will be no conclusion to be drawn from the reactions with these two enzymes.

We assume the proposal tries to include as many activities as possible by considering more than ten hours of reaction time, however, from the view of enzymology the quantitative discussion will be impossible unless only an initial reaction is observed.
